- Enterprise solution project: working party member advising on all aspects of publishing aspects for the business.

- Assisted and supported the development and launch of an in-house publishing solution for an Advertising Agency.

- Project led the development and launch of new channels to market that opened up new revenue streams. Including a 148pp B2C catalogue and web site.

- Reviewed marketing processes for a large property construction company. Assisted with process changes

- Worked with various businesses to produce more effective catalogues, web sites and e-channels to improve market presence and sales

- Critiqued various catalogues and digital channels. Such as a fashion brand that used print, digital and retail channels. Product and design recommendations were integrated into marketing strategy.

- Assisted with the marketing and design structure for a multi-national Signage Catalogue that increased sales

- Assisted Corporates in implementing new publishing strategies including Direct Mail and e-channels

- Researched and proposed Publishing Systems/Digital Asset Management systems for clients

- Reviewed and advised a Direct Mail campaign to integrate selling mechanisms to improve 'sales off the page'. Increasing sales by 14%.

Catalogue Publications Manager promoted to the senior management post from Publications Controller in 1992. Reporting to Director level. Managed and developed the publications department from one catalogue produced externally to multiple publications produced in-house with a skilled team of 20+. Implemented and developed a publishing system. From a total budget of more than £10 million - made savings of over £3.5 million. Plus developed new revenue streams.
